核心承诺 ClipDoc 不收集、不存储、不分享您的任何个人数据。
1. 数据处理方式
ClipDoc 是一款在您 Mac 本地运行的音视频转录与字幕工具。您的数据处理方式如下：
- 音视频文件 — 导入的文件存储在 App 的沙盒目录中（Application Support/ClipDoc/Media），仅您的 Mac 可访问。删除记录时，对应文件同步删除。
- 转录文本 — 使用本地 WhisperKit 引擎时，所有处理在设备端完成，数据不离开您的 Mac。
- 云端转录与翻译 — 当您选择使用云端引擎（Qwen3-ASR）或翻译功能时，音频数据或文本会通过加密连接（HTTPS）发送至您所选择的 API 服务提供商（如阿里云 DashScope）。这些数据由第三方服务商按其隐私政策处理，ClipDoc 不会额外存储或转发。
- 结构化输出 — 使用 AI 生成会议纪要等功能时，转录文本会发送至 API 服务商处理，结果返回后仅存储在您的本地设备。
2. API 密钥
- ClipDoc 内置了有限的免费 API 额度供您体验核心功能。
- 您也可以在设置中输入自己的 API 密钥。密钥仅保存在您 Mac 本地的应用沙盒中，不会上传至任何服务器。
3. 网络请求
ClipDoc 仅在以下场景发起网络请求：
- 调用云端转录 API（Qwen3-ASR）
- 调用翻译 API
- 调用结构化输出 API
ClipDoc 不包含任何分析 SDK、广告框架、追踪代码或遥测功能。不会收集使用统计、崩溃报告或设备标识符。
4. 数据存储与删除
- 所有数据（音视频文件、转录记录、设置）均存储在 macOS 应用沙盒内。
- 在 App 内删除记录时，对应的媒体文件和数据会被永久清除。
- 卸载 ClipDoc 后，macOS 会自动清除沙盒内的所有数据。
5. 第三方服务
当您使用云端功能时，数据会发送至以下第三方服务商：
- 阿里云 DashScope（默认）— 隐私政策
- OpenAI 兼容服务（可选配置）— 取决于您填写的 API 地址
- Anthropic（可选配置）— 隐私政策
请您在使用前阅读相应服务商的隐私政策。ClipDoc 仅作为客户端工具调用这些 API，不对第三方服务的数据处理行为负责。

ClipDoc 不面向 13 岁以下儿童，也不会有意收集儿童的个人信息。

1. How Your Data Is Processed
ClipDoc is an audio/video transcription and subtitle tool that runs locally on your Mac. Here is how your data is handled:
- Media Files — Imported files are stored in the app's sandboxed directory (Application Support/ClipDoc/Media), accessible only on your Mac. Files are permanently deleted when you remove a record.
- Transcription — When using the local WhisperKit engine, all processing happens on-device. Your data never leaves your Mac.
- Cloud Transcription & Translation — When you choose cloud-based engines (Qwen3-ASR) or translation features, audio data or text is sent via encrypted connections (HTTPS) to your selected API provider (e.g., Alibaba Cloud DashScope). This data is processed by the third-party provider per their privacy policy. ClipDoc does not additionally store or relay this data.
- Structured Output — When using AI-powered features like meeting minutes generation, transcribed text is sent to the API provider for processing. Results are stored only on your local device.
2. API Keys
- ClipDoc includes a limited free API quota so you can try core features immediately.
- You may also enter your own API key in Settings. Keys are stored only in your Mac's application sandbox and are never uploaded to any server.
3. Network Requests
ClipDoc only makes network requests in the following scenarios:
- Calling cloud transcription APIs (Qwen3-ASR)
- Calling translation APIs
- Calling structured output APIs
ClipDoc contains no analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, tracking code, or telemetry. It does not collect usage statistics, crash reports, or device identifiers.
4. Data Storage & Deletion
- All data (media files, transcription records, settings) is stored within the macOS application sandbox.
- When you delete a record in the app, the associated media files and data are permanently removed.
- Uninstalling ClipDoc causes macOS to automatically clear all sandboxed data.
5. Third-Party Services
When you use cloud features, data is sent to the following third-party providers:
- Alibaba Cloud DashScope (default) — Privacy Policy
- OpenAI-compatible services (optional) — Depends on the API endpoint you configure
- Anthropic (optional) — Privacy Policy
Please review the respective provider's privacy policy before use. ClipDoc acts solely as a client tool calling these APIs and is not responsible for third-party data processing practices.
6. Children's Privacy
ClipDoc is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Policy Updates
If this policy changes materially, we will note it in the app's release notes. Continued use of ClipDoc constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
