Data Collection

Club Nine: 8-Ball does not create accounts and does not collect, transmit, sell, or share personal data. The app contains no advertising, purchases, third-party analytics, or tracking.

Device Permissions

The app does not request access to the camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos, or tracking.

Local Data

Settings, language choice, tutorial progress, cue selection, daily-drill completion, rack counts, and local AI records are stored only on the device. Match replay data remains in memory for the current session. This data can be removed by deleting the app.

Platform Services

Apple and Unity may process operating-system diagnostics or crash information when those platform services are enabled by the user. Club Nine does not add a separate analytics or crash-reporting service.

Changes

This policy will be updated before the app adds online services, accounts, advertising, purchases, analytics, or new device permissions.
