1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to the GridCalc Pro app for supported Apple platforms and this product support website. The responsible developer is Xiangyu Chen.

2. Data stored by the app

Calculations, projects, favorites, presets, imported reference packs, app settings, local recovery copies, and a pre-import copy of the calculation library may be stored in the app's container. These records are used to provide features you request and are not transmitted to a GridCalc Pro server.

To enforce import limits and protect existing records, the app reads metadata for files in its own container and the size of a file you explicitly select through the system file picker. This metadata remains on the device and is not used for tracking or sent to the developer.

3. Data the developer collects

The current app design has no developer-operated account, advertising, analytics, telemetry, or remote data service. The developer therefore does not receive or retain your calculations or identifiers through the app.

4. Apple distribution and TestFlight

Installing or testing GridCalc Pro through Apple services is governed by Apple's terms and privacy practices. For TestFlight, Apple makes tester enrollment, device/platform/OS, session, crash, and submitted-feedback information available to authorized App Store Connect users. Email invitations also expose the invited name/email, while public-link testers may appear anonymous. Apple automatically shares TestFlight crash logs with the developer.

TestFlight screenshot feedback can include a screenshot, comments, and additional app/device context. Do not include customer, site, project, equipment-identifier, or other confidential information. See Apple's tester-information and feedback-data documentation.

5. Sharing you initiate

When you export a PDF or portable calculation-library backup, use the Apple share sheet, import or restore a file, or move a supported summary to a paired Apple Watch, the transfer occurs at your direction using Apple platform services or a destination you select. Apple and third-party destinations apply their own terms and privacy practices.

6. This support website

This site is designed without accounts, forms, advertising, or analytics. The hosting provider may process standard technical request information, such as IP address, user agent, and request time, to deliver, secure, and operate the site under its own privacy terms and retention controls. The GridCalc Pro developer does not add an analytics or tracking layer to those requests.

7. Retention and deletion

Local records remain until you delete them in the app or remove the app and its local container. Device backups and synced system data, if enabled by you at the operating-system level, are governed by your Apple settings and Apple's policies. Because the developer does not hold your app records on a server, the developer cannot retrieve or delete them for you.

8. Security

GridCalc Pro relies on Apple platform storage and device protections. No software can promise absolute security; protect device access and review destinations before sharing reports.

9. Children

GridCalc Pro is a professional utility and is not directed to children. The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

10. Changes

If the app's data practices change, this policy and the App Store privacy responses must be updated before the changed practice is released.

2. App 本地存储的数据

3. 开发者收集的数据

4. Apple 分发与 TestFlight

通过 Apple 服务安装或测试 GridCalc Pro 时，适用 Apple 自己的条款与隐私做法。对于 TestFlight，Apple 会向获授权的 App Store Connect 用户提供测试者加入状态、设备/平台/系统、会话、崩溃和主动提交的反馈信息。邮件邀请还会显示受邀姓名/邮箱；公开链接测试者可能显示为匿名。Apple 会自动向开发者提供 TestFlight 崩溃日志。

TestFlight 截图反馈可能包含截图、评论及额外的 App/设备上下文。请勿加入客户、场所、项目、设备标识或其他保密信息。可查阅 Apple 的测试者信息和反馈数据说明。

5. 由你发起的分享

当你导出 PDF 或可携带的计算资料库备份、使用 Apple 系统分享面板、导入或恢复文件，或向配对 Apple Watch 传递受支持摘要时，传输由你主动发起，并使用 Apple 平台服务或你选择的目标。Apple 与第三方目标适用各自的条款和隐私做法。

6. 本支持网站

本网站按无账号、无表单、无广告、无分析的方式设计。托管服务商可能按其自身隐私条款和保留控制，处理 IP 地址、浏览器标识、请求时间等标准技术请求信息，以交付、保护和运营网站。GridCalc Pro 开发者没有在这些请求上另加分析或跟踪层。

7. 保留与删除

本地记录会保留到你在 App 内删除，或移除 App 及其本地容器。若你在系统层启用了设备备份或系统同步，其处理受你的 Apple 设置与 Apple 政策约束。开发者未在服务器保存 App 记录，因此无法替你恢复或删除。

8. 安全

GridCalc Pro 依赖 Apple 平台存储和设备保护机制。任何软件都无法承诺绝对安全；请保护设备访问权限，并在分享报告前核对接收目标。

9. 儿童

GridCalc Pro 是专业工具，并非面向儿童。App 不会故意收集儿童个人数据。

10. 政策变更

若 App 的数据处理方式发生变化，开发者必须在发布变化前同步更新本政策与 App Store 隐私回答。
