Aixy ("we", "us", or "our") operates the ReplyMate mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our App, including the ReplyMate keyboard extension.

1. Information We Collect

Clipboard Content

When you explicitly paste a message or use the ReplyMate keyboard extension, the App reads text from your device clipboard to generate AI-powered reply suggestions. We only access your clipboard when you actively initiate this action. We do not continuously or passively monitor your clipboard.

Usage Data

We track the number of reply generations you perform each day solely to enforce usage quotas (free and paid tiers). This count is stored locally on your device and is never transmitted to our servers.

Saved Replies

When you choose to save a generated reply, it is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. Saved replies are never uploaded to any external server or cloud service.

Subscription Information

Subscription purchases and management are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store your payment information. We only receive confirmation of your subscription status from Apple's StoreKit framework.

2. How We Use Your Information

AI Reply Generation: Your pasted message is sent to our AI service provider (Alibaba Cloud, operating the Qwen language model) to generate reply suggestions. The message is used solely for this purpose and is not stored permanently by the AI provider.
Quota Management: Daily usage counts are maintained locally to enforce free and paid tier limits.
App Functionality: Your selected reply style preferences are stored locally to personalize your experience.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party service:

Alibaba Cloud (Qwen AI): Your pasted messages are transmitted to Alibaba Cloud's servers for AI processing. Messages are processed in real-time and are not permanently stored by Alibaba Cloud after processing is complete. For more information, please refer to Alibaba Cloud's Privacy Policy.

We do not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

4. Keyboard Extension & Full Access

The ReplyMate keyboard extension requires "Full Access" permission to read your clipboard content. This permission is necessary for the App to function — without it, the keyboard cannot access clipboard text to generate replies.

When Full Access is enabled:

The keyboard reads clipboard text only when you actively use the generate feature.
Your clipboard content is sent to our AI provider for reply generation.
No keystrokes, passwords, or other typed content is collected or transmitted.
The keyboard does not record, log, or transmit any text you type in other apps.

5. Data Storage & Security

All user data (saved replies, preferences, usage counts) is stored locally on your device.
Data shared between the main app and keyboard extension uses Apple's secure App Group container.
No user data is backed up to or synchronized with any cloud service operated by us.
Communications with the AI provider are transmitted over HTTPS encryption.

6. Data Retention

Clipboard content: Retained in memory only during active use; not stored after the App is closed.
Generated replies: Retained in memory during the session; discarded when you navigate away or close the App, unless you explicitly save them.
Saved replies: Stored on your device until you manually delete them.
Usage counts: Reset daily; no historical usage data is maintained.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to remove such information.

8. Your Rights

Since all your data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it:

Delete saved replies at any time from within the App.
Revoke Full Access permission for the keyboard at any time through iOS Settings.
Uninstall the App to remove all locally stored data.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
