These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ReplyMate mobile application ("App") operated by Aixy ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ReplyMate is an AI-powered reply suggestion tool that generates contextual responses based on messages you provide. The App includes a main application and a keyboard extension that can be used across other apps on your iOS device.

2. AI-Generated Content

All replies generated by the App are created by artificial intelligence and are provided for reference only.
You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any generated content.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of any generated reply.
Generated content does not represent the views or opinions of Aixy.
You agree not to hold Aixy liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: You may use the App with a limited daily generation quota at no charge.

Pro Subscription: Paid subscriptions unlock higher daily generation quotas and are available on monthly or yearly billing cycles.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policies.

4. Usage Quotas

The App enforces daily generation limits based on your subscription tier.
Quotas reset daily.
We reserve the right to modify quota amounts with reasonable notice.
Unused quota does not carry over to the next day.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App to:

Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
Attempt to circumvent usage quotas or security measures.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
Use the App for any automated or bulk messaging purposes.
Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code through the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and underlying technology are owned by Aixy and protected by intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of the messages you input and the replies you generate.
We do not claim ownership over your generated content.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We are not responsible for the content, quality, or consequences of AI-generated replies.
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aixy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
